ALL RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Return/Exchange REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, OR USED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, unless product is covered under gear warranty

To begin the refund or exchange process you must have a customer account/profile.
If you've yet to create a Spring Legion Online Customer Account, you can easily do so from the main menu area on our website's homepage.
Once you have logged into your account, click on the "ORDERS" tab at the top of the page. This might be found in the main menu on certain mobile devices.
From the ORDERS page, you can easily navigate through your order history, tracking updates, and the step-by-step process for returning or exchanging any of those orders.
If you are exchanging an item, you will select your new size from there.
If you are returning an item for a refund, the money will return to your payment method once the returned item is received.
It's very quick and super easy.
If your are unable to create an account, follow the steps on the next tab, titled EXCHANGES/RETURNS for an In-Person Purchase

If you purchased a product at a trade show, or otherwise do not have access to the customer account on which the order was made online, you can always exchange/return it the old fashioned way. It will take a little longer, but we'll get it handled.
To exchange or return an in-person purchase:
- Mail your product to the address below, including in your package a note with your name and order info, along with the action desired on our end (exchange shirt for medium; return hat for refund; etc.)

- Once we receive the package, we'll swap it out or refund the order on the spot, most times. If inventory is an issue, we will reach out via email for further options.

Tips and info on your new gaiters

The Spring Legion Turkey Hunting Gaiters are not intended to provide snake-bite protection, nor are they made from certified snake proof material.

Yes, our gaiters are coated top to bottom in C-0 DWR, making the shell of your gaiters 100% waterproof.
Now, that's not to say your feet will be dry if you go stand knee-deep in a lake, but as far as crossing shallow creeks, morning dew, and light rain, you're covered.
The most common causes of wet feet while wearing gaiters is wearing a size too big, or having your stirrup too loose, resulting in a gap between your boot and gaiter.

Wearing your gaiters incorrectly can often provide as much good as not wearing them at all.
A loose gaiter may still allow water, ticks, dirt, and debris into your pants and shoes.

Warranty & Repair

All of our products are subject to extensive quality control.
Aside from the Turkey Hunting Gaiter II, our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects only.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase to qualify for manufacturer warranty coverage.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Our Turkey Hunting Gaiter II is covered under warranty up to 30 days from purchase. Should your new gaiters break in those 30 days, simply send the m back to us with a note requesting a warrantied replacement pair.
Once we receive the returned gaiters, we'll assess the product to confirm they were in fact broken under usual and typical hunting conditions and send a replacement pair to you within 24 hours.
Shipping

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.In addition to shipping windows, please allow 1-3 days for order fulfillment.

In most cases, there's not much we can do if the address has been entered incorrectly and the order has shipped. Occasionally, we are able to catch them before it leaves our hands, but that is not garunteed.
Should you send your package to the wrong address, one of the quickest resolutions is to simply reorder the products with a correct address. If USPS returns the original package to us, we'll refund that order on the spot and you'll already have your products in hand.
