All returns and exchanges are processed on a weekly basis March - May.
To begin a return or exchange, start by creating a customer account on our website. Many times, an account is created when you place the order.

Step by Step Guide for Returns and Exchanges:
Step 1) Once you have signed in to your customer account, click the "Orders" tab, located on our header's menu.
Step 2) Select the order number you are wanting to exchange or return
Step 3) From the selected order, you will find an easy, step-by-step, process for successfully submitting a claim for both returns and exchanges.
Step 4 Once the return request has been processed, you will receive an email within 1-5 business days with your return label.
NOTE FOR ALL EXCHANGES: If you are exchanging an item for a different size, be sure to include the new item in your request. If there is no option for a new size selection, include it in the order notes section. See photo below for reference:

TIP: All returned packages are picked up once a week on our end, so if an exchange is urgent, your quickest option is to simply re-purchase the correct size and request a refund on the item you are returning.
ALL RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Return/Exchange REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, OR USED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, unless product is covered under gear warranty

Shipping

Domestic standard shipping can take 2-5 business days once fulfilled, depending on location and USPS cooperation. If an order is urgent, we suggest selecting UPS or USPS expedited services at check out.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.In addition to shipping duration, please allow 1-4 days for order fulfillment.

In most cases, there's not much we can do if the address has been entered incorrectly and the order has shipped.
Should you send your package to the wrong address, one of the quickest resolutions is to simply cancel the order before it is fulfilled.
Then, reorder the products with a correct address.
If the order has already left our hands, and if the original package is returned to us, we'll refund that order on the spot and you'll already have your products in hand.

The Spring Legion Turkey Hunting Gaiters are not intended to provide snake-bite protection, nor are they made from certified snake proof material.

Yes, our gaiters are coated top to bottom in C-0 DWR, making the shell of your gaiters 100% waterproof.
Now, that's not to say your feet will be dry if you go stand knee-deep in a lake, but as far as crossing shallow creeks, morning dew, and light rain, you're covered.
The most common causes of wet feet while wearing gaiters is wearing a size too big, or having your stirrup too loose, resulting in a gap between your boot and gaiter.
