Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges may be handled quickest by creating a customer account/profile on our website. Once you have signed in to your customer account, you will have access to an "Orders" tab, located on our header's menu.

From the Orders tab, you will find an easy, step-by-step process for successfully submitting a claim for both returns and exchanges.

Your exchange/refund will be processed on the spot once your returned package has been received, with most exchanges shipping back out same day.

TIP: All returned packages are picked up twice a week on our end, so if an exchange is urgent, your quickest option is to simply re-purchase the correct size and request a refund on the item you are returning.

ALL RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Return/Exchange REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, OR USED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, unless product is covered under gear warranty
