If your question concerns a recent order, shoot an email over to our new order-specific email address, orders@springlegion.com or text our helpline (601) 991-5473 if your order includes incorrect or missing items.

You can check the status of your order on your customer account, which is created with every order.

The tracking information you see is all that we can see as well. However, a majority of shipments may skip their first few scans to get them in route as quick as possible.

Your tracking info should update within 3-5 business days. If it has not updated in 6+ business days, shoot us an email or place a duplicate order and we'll refund the stalled package.

Please keep in mind, we are out of pocket (and cell service) for a majority of Turkey Season. Most problems concerning shipping or orders are solved quickest by re-ordering a duplicate order and simply requesting a refund on the original order. We are usually able to approve these within 48 hours, and you will already have a new order on the way. We recommend shipping with UPS if possible. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
