Spring Legion was founded in February, 2019, as a means for die-hard, dedicated, and obsessed turkey hunters to express their passion for the spring woods, the hunting of the wild turkey, and the respect had for such a season.

The idea, paired with a thirty-day free-trial for an online shop, has since turned into so much more. Spring Legion took to turkey hunters like wildfire in the following years, becoming a household name in the southeast and a logo that's since been recognized as a symbol for turkey hunters who "get it."

In November, 2020, The Spring Legion Podcast  aired episode 1, titled "Winging It," and now finds itself nationally ranked amongst Apple's Top 10 in USA Wilderness shows, peaking near #5 in the country every spring. The weekly episodes, highlighting different stories, tactics, and special guests, put a voice to Spring Legion's mission, stressing the importance of fair-chase and enlightening the gratitude found in nature's ability to humble a grown man in a matter of seconds.

Spring Legion caught it's biggest break to date in 2021, with the publishing of Ballad of a Turkey Hunter, written by Spring Legion's founder, Hunter Farrior, furthering a notion of woodsmanship, tactics, and inopportune situations, which compliment the learning curves of turkey hunting. The book has since become a #1 Amazon Best Seller, along with Farrior's second book, Any Given Spring Morning, released in 2023, written in memoriam of his son, William.
